The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products on the website aleksandradabros.com (the "Website").

The products on the Website are sold directly by Aleksandra Dabros based in Milan (Italy) - CF DBRLSN86T48Z127C

How to place an order

If you want to buy a Bodyliscioous Booty Bands choose the product (Bodyliscious Booty Bands or Bodyliscious Booty Bands – Gold Edition), select the quantity of Sets and click "BUY NOW".

If you want to buy a Bodyliscious Band Training Guide choose the digital product with the correct language (between English or Italian). Before click on "BUY NOW" please read our Return Policy.

 

If you want, add more products in the same way and click "VIEW CART" to purchase them.

To place order click on "PAY NOW".

 

Choose the method of payment (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal) and fill out the form with all the data you are asked.

 

To complete your order click on "CHECKOUT"

 

You will receive confirmation by email order you have registered at time of purchase with the summary of your order.

If you do not see try checking your spam folder.

 

I was wrong, can I cancel my order?

After finishing the order can no longer cancel it, to make it write to bodyliscious@aleksandradabros.com as soon as possible.

 

I was wrong, can I change my shipping address?

After finishing the order can not change the shipping address, to make it write to bodyliscious@aleksandradabros.com

Payment

Payment of the price of the products and the costs of their shipping and delivery must be made using one of the methods indicated on the order proposal form. 

 

In the case of payment by credit/debit card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent via an encrypted protocol to the banks which provide remote electronic payment services to the Website, without third parties having any access whatsoever thereto. These details will not be used by the Website except for carrying out procedures relevant to your purchase, or issuing refunds in the case of returns, subsequent to the exercise of your right to return, or for reporting cases of fraud on the Website to the police or other authorities. The price for the purchase of products and the costs for their shipping and delivery as indicated on the order proposal form will be charged to your account at the moment in which the purchased products are ordered.

About delivery of my order?

BRT Bartolini will take care of your delivery and in the email that confirm your shipment you will find a link to tracking your order.

 

What is the delivery time of my order?

The delivery time for Italy is between 48 -72  working hours but we inform you that, in conjunction with special events such as: Launch of New Collection, Sale, Black Friday, ... etc., processing of your order might experience a slight delay due to the high number of shipments. You can track your order by tracking which will arrive to you in the email that confirm your shipment.

 

The delivery time for: POLAND, ESTONIA, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, CECH REPUBLIC, SLOVAKIA, HUNGARY, SLOVENIA, ROMANIA, BULGARIA, CROATIA, AUSTRIA, GERMANY, GREECE, BELGIUM / LUXEMBOURG, FRANCE, CORSICA, HOLLAND, SPAIN, BALEARIC, PORTUGAL, UNITED KINGDOM, IRELAND, DENMARK, FINLAND, SWEDEN can last till 10 business days.

 

Can I place an order shipped to a different country from mine?

YES, doing so is simple: just enter the address you want to ship the order.
(NOTE: please note that for this moment our service of delivery is available for these countries: ITALY, POLAND, ESTONIA, LITHUANIA, CECH REPUBLIC, SLOVAKIA, HUNGARY, SLOVENIA, ROMANIA, BULGARIA, CROATIA, AUSTRIA, GERMANY, GREECE, BELGIUM / LUXEMBOURG, FRANCE, CORSICA, HOLLAND, SPAIN, BALEARIC, PORTUGAL, UNITED KINGDOM, IRELAND, DENIMARCA, FINLAND, SWEDEN.

 

I have not received my order, what should I do?

There may be delays in shipments for several reasons: special events such as the release of the new collection, promotions etc. or because the address you entered is not complete with all the data, or even because the method of payment has not been registered yet.
Please check the status of your order using the link received in the shipment confirmation and contact the customer care service. If you don’t receive any email confirmation of shipment it means that your order is preparing and it is not shipped yet.

Do you provide Worldwide Shipping Service?

In this moment delivery is possible in these countries: ITALY, POLAND, ESTONIA, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, CECH REPUBLIC, SLOVAKIA, HUNGARY, SLOVENIA, ROMANIA, BULGARIA, CROATIA, AUSTRIA, GERMANY, GREECE, BELGIUM / LUXEMBOURG, FRANCE, CORSICA, HOLLAND, SPAIN, BALEARIC, PORTUGAL, UNITED KINGDOM, IRELAND, DENMARK, FINLAND, SWEDEN.

What if my order is held by local customs?

If your order is held in customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact their local customs and organise for their order to clear customs. Aleksandra Dabros is not liable to contact customs officials, or refund any orders which are refused by local customs.

What if the tracking order shows ‘’delivered’’ and you didn’t receive your product?

If your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ by the local postal service, yet you do not physically have your parcel it is up to the customer, not Aleksandra Dabros to contact the local postal service to follow up the problem. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, Aleksandra Dabros is not liable to refund or resend your order, but we will work with you to resolve the situation.

English language

All order details need to be placed in English language only. Please note, any orders not placed in the English language may not print address labels correctly and thus, will not arrive to your shipping address. The use of diacritic marks such as ñ could not be printed and thus Aleksandra Dabros will not be liable for refund / or replacement.
